Both the ceremony and reception will be held in the pasture at Gary and Teresa Idland's home. It is located just west of Red Deer, and just east of Sylvan Lake. Yes. The ceremony will be fully outdoors, with the possibility to use the tent. The reception will be tented. Please dress for the weather.

Also known as dressy casual. We want all of our guests to be comfortable. This can include nice jeans and cowboy boots but we do ask men to wear a collared shirt at a minimum. You may also wear dress pants and dress shoes. The ceremony and reception will be on grass so wear appropriate footwear. Please also bring warm clothes for the late night party.

Bring your camper or tent and stay on the property. Alternatively, book a hotel in Sylvan or Red Deer, only ten minutes away. See Travel for details.

There is plenty of parking and you may leave your vehicle over night. Alternatively, from Red Deer or Sylvan, the easiest is a taxi or uber. Please call or inquire ahead of time to ensure they are on time. From or staying in Calgary, please let us know if we can help arrange a ride, and we do recommend you stay the night.

Yes, and they should be included on the RSVP. There will be some kid friendly activities but if you'd like, please bring their favorite foods or entertainment. If you need other accommodations, please reach out.

There will be bread and light snacks during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be a buffet by HT Catering, details TBD. There will also be easy late night snacks .

TBD. It will either be open bar or a toonie bar with tickets. Various canned beverages, wine, and draft beer will be available. Limited cocktails and liquor will be served. Water, coffee, pop, and select mocktails will also be available.
